Please contact me if you are having a problem making your baby carrier work for you, and we can trouble shoot and make it work for you-even if it means returning or exchanging.

 

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase for items in good-as-new condition. They may be opened or tried on but must still be clean and with all original packaging.

Do NOT send returns without prior written or verbal communication. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and sent back at the owners expense.

Please allow 7-10 days to process all returns.
